Operational infrastructure for large accounts, sales flows, and commerce execution.
Golem Org helps teams manage lead intake, account-linked workflows, content operations, seller processes, and performance visibility through permission-based software systems.
Most teams don't have a lead problem. They have an operations problem. Audience attention becomes revenue only when there is a system behind it.
How ready is your operation for scale?
Answer three questions. The meter calculates your operational readiness score in real time — based on the same dimensions Golem Org measures across connected accounts. No data leaves your browser.
> SCORE 0 / 100

An operations platform built for commercial scale
Golem Org is purpose-built for teams that handle high-volume audience attention, sales conversion, and connected-account operations. Not a personal tool — the operational backbone for organizations that need structured, permission-based workflows across multiple channels.
For organizations managing high-volume inbound attention
Large creator accounts and high-traffic profiles receive thousands of inbound messages, campaign inquiries, and commercial requests per week. Golem Org provides structured intake, routing, and prioritization so that attention becomes a measurable pipeline instead of an overflowing inbox. Teams assign, escalate, and resolve inbound demand against real business outcomes.
→ LEAD CAPTUREFor teams converting audience into sales opportunities
Sales operators need more than a contact form — they need qualified routing, contextual account data, and a structured handoff between marketing, sales, and support. Golem Org turns inbound attention and connected-channel signals into structured opportunities with clear ownership, status, and next steps tied to revenue motion.
→ CAMPAIGN ROUTINGFor sellers managing product and order-related workflows
Marketplace sellers operate across listings, orders, inventory updates, and operational reporting. Golem Org connects seller accounts through OAuth and exposes structured workflows for listing operations, order visibility, and reporting — so commercial activity is observable, auditable, and aligned with back-office processes rather than scattered across dashboards.
→ MARKETPLACE OPSFor operators needing structured reporting and account connectivity
Operations teams require a consistent view across connected accounts, active workflows, and outcomes. Golem Org provides cross-channel reporting, account-link visibility, and permission reviews in one operational layer — giving operators the structured oversight required to run growth, support, and compliance functions without ad-hoc tooling.
→ PERFORMANCE REPORTINGBuilt for the teams that run commercial operations
Golem Org serves the operational roles that turn audience attention, connected accounts, and seller activity into measurable business outcomes — not the individual end user, but the team behind them.
Large creator accounts
Creators with significant reach receive high volumes of inbound commercial inquiries that overwhelm standard messaging tools. Golem Org structures this inbound attention into routable, prioritized opportunities with clear ownership — so campaigns, partnerships, and sales conversations no longer get lost in DMs.
Social sales teams
Sales teams working social channels need qualified leads from connected platforms, not raw engagement data. Golem Org converts connected-channel activity into structured opportunities with context, source attribution, and a clean handoff into the sales motion — reducing manual triage and accelerating qualification.
Marketplace sellers
Sellers operating at scale need listing operations, order visibility, and structured reporting in one place. Golem Org connects seller accounts through permission-based authorization and exposes operational workflows that align storefront activity with back-office reporting and support processes.
Agencies and campaign operators
Agencies managing multiple client accounts need controlled access, audit trails, and clear separation between clients. Golem Org provides a multi-account operational layer with permission review, scoped access, and structured workflows that keep client operations clean and auditable.
Growth and operations teams
Growth teams need cross-channel visibility and structured reporting to understand what is driving outcomes. Golem Org consolidates operational signals from connected accounts into performance reporting that ties workflow activity to business results — without exporting CSVs or stitching together dashboards manually.
Support and compliance teams
Compliance and support functions need clear deletion paths, access reviews, and audit-ready records. Golem Org exposes support-led issue handling, deletion request intake, and access-revocation workflows that satisfy operational compliance requirements without fake certifications or overstated claims.
Operational workflows that map to real business motion
Each workflow is tied to a concrete commercial outcome — not a feature checkbox. Workflows are only enabled for connected accounts where the relevant permission scope has been authorized.
Lead capture and routing
Convert inbound attention from connected channels into structured, owned leads. Routes defined by source, intent, and ownership rules so every inbound contact reaches the right operator with full context — not a shared inbox.
Creator and account onboarding
Onboard creator accounts and commercial team members with a clear, permission-aware flow. New accounts see only the scopes and workflows relevant to their role, and every connected platform is explained in plain language before authorization.
Marketplace and listing operations
Connect seller accounts through OAuth and run listing updates, inventory visibility, and operational reporting against real storefront activity. Workflows scoped to the minimum permissions required for the seller use case — no broad data access.
Campaign operations
Coordinate campaign inbound across connected channels with structured assignment, status tracking, and outcome attribution. Operators see which campaign produced which lead, which operator owns the response, and where each opportunity stands in the pipeline.
Performance reporting
Cross-channel reporting consolidates operational signals from every connected account into a single performance view. Reports tie workflow activity to business outcomes, giving operators and leadership the structured visibility required to make resource and routing decisions.
Support and deletion handling
Built-in support intake and deletion request handling give compliance teams a clear, auditable path for account issues and user deletion requests. Every request is tracked, assigned, and resolved through a documented workflow with confirmation back to the requester.
Access and permissions review
Operators can review which scopes each connected account has authorized, which workflows those scopes enable, and revoke access at any time. Permissions are contextual, limited, and tied to user-authorized business actions — never broad by default.
Additional workflows on request
Need a workflow tailored to your operation? Golem Org can scope additional business workflows against your connected accounts. Reach out to discuss your use case with our team.
Walk a lead through the system, end to end
This is a live, in-browser simulation of how Golem Org processes one inbound lead through the seven operational stages — from intake to closed-loop reporting. Step through, watch the operational log, and see exactly which scopes each stage requires.
Where Golem Org fits in commercial operations
Real-world scenarios where high-volume attention, connected accounts, and operational scale meet — and where unstructured tooling breaks down.
A creator team receiving thousands of inbound campaign inquiries
A large creator account receives partnership inquiries, sponsorship offers, and product collaboration requests across multiple platforms daily. Without structure, opportunities are missed or duplicated. Golem Org consolidates inbound demand into a single prioritized pipeline with ownership, status tracking, and outcome attribution — turning inbox chaos into a measurable partnership operation.
A sales team qualifying leads from connected channels
A sales team working social-sourced leads needs source attribution, intent signals, and a structured handoff into the CRM motion. Golem Org captures lead origin from each connected channel, attaches context, and routes to the right operator with qualification status — so reps work qualified pipeline instead of raw mentions.
A marketplace seller managing listings and operational reporting
A seller operating across multiple storefronts needs listing updates, order visibility, and operational reporting in one place rather than fragmented dashboards. Golem Org connects seller accounts through OAuth and exposes structured listing and reporting workflows scoped to the minimum required permissions — keeping the operation observable and audit-ready.
An agency coordinating account access across multiple clients
An agency managing social and commerce accounts for multiple clients needs controlled access, clear separation, and an audit trail per client. Golem Org provides a multi-account operational layer where each client's connected accounts, workflows, and operators are isolated, scoped, and reviewable — keeping client work clean and compliant.
A commerce team tracking operational outcomes from connected platforms
A commerce team needs to understand which connected-channel activities are producing real operational outcomes — listings updated, orders flowing, leads qualified, support resolved. Golem Org consolidates signals from every connected account into a single performance view that ties workflow activity to business results, giving leadership the structured visibility required to reallocate resources and prioritize motion. Reports are exportable, audit-ready, and scoped to the channels each team actually operates.
No case studies. Live operational environments.
Each environment below is a working operational scenario Golem Org is built to handle — drawn from the kinds of commercial operations our customers actually run. They are illustrative. The platform is not.
Permission-based, scope-limited, reviewer-friendly
Golem Org is built so that every connected account, every authorized scope, and every active workflow is explicit, explainable, and revocable. This section is written so that platform reviewers, security teams, and commercial buyers can all understand how the product operates.
Accounts connect through OAuth
Connected accounts are linked through standard OAuth authorization flows. Users see exactly which platform they are connecting and are redirected back to a preconfigured, secure callback URI.
Only relevant scopes requested
Permission scopes are requested per workflow, not broadly. If a workflow does not require a scope, that scope is never asked for — permissions are tied to the specific business action being authorized.
Redirect URIs preconfigured
Redirect URIs are registered, static, and domain-consistent. No dynamic redirect targets are allowed — the URI a user returns to is the same one registered with the platform.
Users understand what is connected
Before authorization, users see a plain-language explanation of what is being connected, which scopes are requested, and which workflows those scopes enable. No hidden access, no bundling.
Access can be revoked
Users can revoke access at any time from within Golem Org or from the connected platform's own app management. Revocation immediately disables the workflows that depended on the revoked scope.
Workflows tie to real operations
Every active workflow maps to a concrete business operation — lead routing, listing updates, reporting, support. There are no decorative integrations; each connection supports a real, explainable use case.
Support exists for account issues
Account issues, unexpected behavior, and integration questions are handled through a support-led workflow with clear ownership and response expectations — not a buried ticket queue.
Deletion requests are honored
Users can request deletion of their data through a documented, trackable process. Disconnected accounts and their associated workflow data are handled according to the deletion policy.
What happens when an account connects
Step through the OAuth authorization flow Golem Org uses when a user connects a third-party platform account. Each step is real, each scope request is explicit, and the redirect URI is the one actually registered.

A sample of what an operational stream looks like
This is a synthesized, in-browser simulation of the kind of operational events Golem Org processes across connected accounts. It is illustrative — no real customer data is shown.
Reviewer-ready trust and compliance surface
Golem Org is structured so that platform reviewers, security teams, and prospective buyers can verify operational readiness without back-and-forth. The items below are publicly visible on this site and consistently maintained.
Scopes are contextual, limited, and tied to user-authorized actions
Only the permissions required for the approved workflow.
Golem Org requests only the scopes required for the connected use case. No unnecessary data access is requested. Permissions are contextual, limited, and tied to user-authorized business actions — and they can be reviewed or revoked at any time.
Per-workflow scope
Each workflow declares exactly which scopes it requires. Scopes are requested only when that workflow is enabled for a connected account.
Least-privilege by default
Default scope sets are the minimum required for the use case. Broader scopes are never requested as a shortcut to future functionality.
Visible to the user
Users see a plain-language summary of what is being connected and which workflows the scopes enable before they authorize.
Revocable at any time
Access can be revoked from within Golem Org or from the connected platform's app management. Revocation immediately disables dependent workflows.
Auditable scope review
Operators can review every authorized scope per connected account, when it was authorized, and which workflows it currently enables.
A mature trust surface, without overstated claims
Golem Org does not claim certifications it has not earned. The principles below describe how user-authorized data is actually handled across the operational platform.
User-authorized access
All connected-account access is initiated and authorized by the user. No access occurs without explicit OAuth authorization for the relevant scopes.
Minimal data collection
Only data required for the authorized workflow is collected. Scope requests are scoped to the minimum required for the active business operation.
Operational necessity
Every data field accessed maps to a concrete operational use case. Fields with no operational purpose are not requested or stored.
Support-led issue handling
Account issues and unexpected behavior are handled through a support-led workflow with clear ownership, response expectations, and audit trail.
Deletion request intake
Users can request deletion of their data through a documented, tracked process. Requests are acknowledged, reviewed, and confirmed on completion.
Revocation support
Users can revoke access at any time from within Golem Org or the connected platform. Revocation immediately disables dependent workflows.
Brand separation
Golem Org branding is clearly distinct from any third-party platform. No logos, names, or trademarks are used in ways that imply endorsement.
Secure credential handling
Credentials and tokens are handled with controlled-access practices and least-privilege internal access. No fake compliance claims are made.

This policy applies to all users, including operators of connected accounts, administrators, and individuals whose information is processed through the Service on behalf of our customers.
Information submitted by users
When you create an account, contact us, or use the Service, you may submit information such as your name, work email address, company name, team size, and the contents of messages you send to us. This information is used to provide the Service, respond to inquiries, and operate our business. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Connected account metadata
When you connect a third-party platform account through OAuth, we receive metadata that you authorize through the scopes granted during the connection flow. This metadata may include account identifiers, profile attributes required for the authorized workflow, and operational signals needed to perform the workflows you have enabled. We only request scopes required for the approved workflow — no unnecessary data access is requested.
Workflow usage data
As you use enabled workflows, we process operational data necessary to perform those workflows — for example, lead routing records, listing update logs, and reporting aggregates. This data is tied to the connected account and the workflow that produced it, and is retained only as long as needed for the operational purpose for which it was collected.
Support and communications data
When you contact support, request a demo, or otherwise communicate with us, we retain the contents of those communications to provide support, improve the Service, and maintain an auditable record of issue handling and deletion requests.

Data Deletion Instructions
Golem Org provides a documented, trackable process for users to request deletion of their personal data. This section explains how to make a request, what to expect, and how disconnected accounts are handled.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to compliance@golemorg.com or support@golemorg.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." You may also submit a request through the contact form on this site, selecting "Compliance or data deletion request" as the reason for inquiry.
What information to provide
- Your name and the email address associated with your Golem Org account
- The name of the organization your account is associated with (if applicable)
- The connected platforms and accounts you want included in the deletion
- A short description of the deletion scope — for example, a single connected account, all workflow data, or full account deletion
Expected review and response window
We acknowledge deletion requests within 2 business days of receipt and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless exceptional circumstances require extension — in which case we will notify you of the extended timeline and the reason for it.
How disconnected accounts are handled
When a connected account is disconnected — whether through revocation from within Golem Org, revocation from the third-party platform's app management, or as part of a deletion request — the workflows that depended on that account's scopes are immediately disabled. Operational data tied to the disconnected account is handled in accordance with the retention windows described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable legal requirements.
Where confirmation is sent
On completion of a deletion request, we send a confirmation email to the address from which the request was originally received. The confirmation includes a summary of what was deleted and the date of completion. If you do not receive a confirmation within the expected response window, contact compliance@golemorg.com.
Support contacts
For questions about a deletion request in progress, contact support@golemorg.com. For compliance-related questions, contact compliance@golemorg.com.
Security Overview
Golem Org follows a least-privilege, controlled-access approach to security. This section describes our operating principles without overstating our posture or claiming certifications we have not earned.
Least-privilege approach
Access to systems, data, and credentials is granted on a least-privilege basis. Internal team members receive access only to the systems required for their role, and access is reviewed periodically. Connected-account scopes are requested per workflow — only the minimum scopes required for an approved business action are requested, and broader scopes are never used as a shortcut to future functionality.
Controlled access practices
Internal access to production systems is controlled through authenticated, auditable channels. Administrative actions are logged, and access is revoked when no longer required. We do not expose production systems broadly across the organization.
Secure handling of credentials and tokens
OAuth credentials, tokens, and other secrets are handled through controlled-access storage with appropriate access controls. Tokens are not logged in plaintext, are not exposed to client-side code, and are rotated or revoked when access is no longer required or when a security concern is identified.
Internal review mindset
We maintain an internal review mindset across changes to the Service. Significant changes are reviewed before deployment, and we look for scope creep, unnecessary data access, and integration misuse as part of that review. We do not claim formal third-party audit certifications.
Issue escalation path
Security issues and suspected vulnerabilities are escalated through an internal path with clear ownership. Confirmed issues are prioritized based on severity and impact, and affected customers are notified where their data or operations may be affected.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in Golem Org, please report it responsibly to security@golemorg.com with a description of the issue and reproduction steps if available. We ask that you do not access or modify data that does not belong to you and that you provide reasonable time for review and remediation before public disclosure.
